The Science Road Show!!!

I sat in the front row, on the floor, a few metres from the smart board. The tall Man who seated us, called out for us to shush. "Hello and welcome to the science road show!" He Announced cheerfully. "This first section here tells you about how you're muscles work and . . ."

This first part was the part I where I learnt more about my body and muscles.

What does this thingy do? I thought. I was looking at a battered up old fabric stool. Then the girl that was standing beside it asked if I wanted to have a turn. I nodded, then I sat in the stool and she told me what to do. So I clipped my self up and the girl gave me some not-so-heavy weights. I put my arms and legs in and out as she span me around. OH MY GOSH! I realised that when I put my arms out, I slowed down! BUT when I put them in, I sped up!

That was the activity I LOVED the most.

I want to learn more about how the spinning chair worked. I think that when the weights go out, it slows because the weight is spread out over a larger area.
